Travel Journal or Smashbook
If you have a big trip or vacation coming up there’s a lot of planning and organizing that needs to be done to have a fun & successful trip. That’s especially true if you are planning a vacation for the whole family. It’s great to have all the trip information in one place: transportation, lodging, meals, must-see-or-do attractions, packing lists, shopping lists, to-do-before-leaving lists... you get the idea. It’s a place to keep important papers and receipts.
Health & Fitness Journal
If you or a loved one has health issues, a blank notebook is the perfect place to keep track of diagnoses, prognosis’s, medication, physical therapy, healthcare provider visits, whatever you need to keep track of to manage & improve your health. If you need to keep a symptom log or a food log, you would have everything in one place when you visit your healthcare providers.
Also you can keep habit trackers in this book. A habit tracker???? It’s a grid that you list all of the things you have to do each day: take medication, do exercises, take blood pressure, any other stuff that you need to make sure you do for your health. Then you color in each box as you complete the task. I like to use different color pencils. It make the tracker so very colorful over time. And you can show it to your healthcare providers so they can see what you are accomplishing and what you might need help with.
This goes for fitness as well. A blank notebook is a great place to keep track of your fitness goals & activities; a food log, a hydration log, a sleep log and just a daily journal to jot down your thoughts about how you are doing on your fitness lifestyle.
And there are so many fitness things you could use a tracker for: exercises you are doing, running/walking log, yoga log, weight management, diet tracker (such as no caffeine, no refined sugar, more veggies, more fruit — whatever habit you are trying to keep “track” of.)
So, there’s 3 ideas for blank notebooks right off the top of my head. Really the possibilities are endless. Use it for whatever you want to keep track of — all the information is in one place & it is easy to access.
Thanks for stopping by,
